We aren’t exaggerating when we say this will go down in history as one of the best weddings and couples we’ve ever worked with. We met Chris and Jeff totally by chance. They found our #kauiweddingphotographer hashtag when we were over there shooting a wedding and hired us to shoot engagement photos during their trip to Hawaii! We had so much fun working with them, they decided to hire us to shoot their wedding on Maui a year later. 

Now, I am sure you’re thinking that the main draw of shooting this wedding was being able to travel to Maui, but you’d be wrong. We would have gone all the way to Toronto where Chris and Jeff live to photograph their wedding, because they are THE BEST. Their love for one another makes you smile so big your cheeks hurt. I’ve never laughed so hard at a wedding, or cried so much (thanks to the double mother-son dance). 

We will never forget this one, it’s probably one of those weddings we will talk about long after we have retired from this job. Chris and Jeff have stayed in touch, thankfully, and we hope we can send them a text 30 years from now to say “hey, we were just talking about you two”.
